* Must have worked on design patterns, frame work, implementation & documentation
* Must have successfully launched a web based product on to the application server.
* Must have involved in the entire life cycle of web based applications.
* Must have worked on Oracle DB
* Should have been worked on the frameworks like struts, spring and hibernate.
